On occasion carpet leaves the mill with a minor flaw that is correctable in the field. In this installation the lime green cut pile carpet had a zigzag, light colored row. The office building owner opted to have the row repaired because the dyeing process is clean, fast and less disruptive than replacement.

The carpet dye used for repairs is the same dye used in the carpet mills. The correction is permanent, invisible, and doesn’t impact the Carpet Warranty.
